  25. Your compiler would not be able to compile it, as many features are
  26. specified that aren't supportable by current compilers.

  28. But there simply aren't huge numbers of people putting out free C++ system
  29. libraries.  Other than the HP STL release and the FSF/Cygnus releases of
  30. C++ libraries for GNU C++, together with a few small bits here and there,
  31. what you're asking for is not available.  This kind of development costs
  32. money, either from customers (e.g. you pay for it), support contracts and
  33. donations, or research funding (for the freely available parts).
